Physical Description Emma has shoulder length curly red hair that is worn in a braid or bun while on duty. When off duty is is pulled back in a pony tail or left hanging. Emma is well built, she works out two or three times a week and often spends her down time at the beach surfing or roller blading. She has a small celtic knot tattoo at the base of her skull.

Personality & Traits

General Overview Raised in a strict family, Emma's father was a police officer for LAPD for 20 years until he was forced to retire after being injured in the line of duty. Emma always admired her father and vowed to follow in his footsteps. Emma is fairly by the book when it comes to work, she know when to bend the rules, however would never outright break them.
Ambitions Emma wants to become a detective like her father, she would prefer to work in the homocide or gang division as she has seen how both have been on the rise in the area that she patrols and lives in. Emma looks for opportunities to help improve her policing abilities and enjoys working with the new officers.
Hobbies & Interests Emma is an avid outdoorist. Days off will find her at the beach or climbing a mountain in near by San Bernadino County. During the winter, she enjoys skiing and other winter sports. Little know about Emma is that she is a concern celloist. So other weekends will find her practicing with the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

Emma also enjoys cooking and will often bring in treats for her fellow officers.

Personal History Born on January 6, 1989, Emma is the second oldest child in the family. She attended school in the LA Public School system. During her school years, she excelled at math and history. She became interested in the cello and tried out for the LA Philharmonic during her senior year of school. Graduating from High School in 2006, Emma attended the University of California LA and studied Criminal Justice. Throughout college she maintained decent grades, she had a period of rebellion and was drinking on a regular basis, however soon grew tired of that and turned her attention back to her studies. In 2010, she graduated from University of California with her degree in criminal justice and quickly applied for the Police Acadmey and was accepted in January 2011, she graduated from the Academy in June 2011 and began working in the 77th St district, where she was born and raised. Her goal, to give back to the community that she loved.
