Personal History Born in rural North Carolina, Travis moved to Georgia at an early age. Specifically the Atlanta area. He was about five at the time, so it wasn't too much of an adjustment. So to him it was "home." That's not to say that young Travis didn't put up a fight. What five year old wouldn't? But once that was settled life slid right into a version of normalcy

His first experience in the "outside world" was his tenure at Burgess elementary, where luck would have it he et his future girlfriend, although he didn't know it at the time. Life there was more or less typical. class, recess and all that.

From there he went to Long MS. And finally to Grady High School, where he signed up for the Criminal Justice elective for the sheer fact home economics didn't appeal to him at all

Also h got his first taste of employment, as a stocker at the local Wal mart. Which was a good fit for him for the first 6 months, then it got tedious. Not the work. Why he objected to was the dull routine.

Doing the same thing, everyday. Day in and day out. He craved excitement. On the other hand he needed the paycheck, so he played along.

He did that for another three or four months. Then it got too much for him. Around the end of the fourth month he reached his breaking point

One day out with friends they happened upon a armed forces recruitment center. Where he immediately signed up for the Air Force.

Once his basic was over he went to his MOS of law enforcement. He bombed around the world for his hitch seeing places like Japan, where he gained his obsession with anime. He was in the service for a good stint, eventually being discharged around the age of 28.

After his discharge he settled in Brunswick where he applied for the PDAfter a year there an opportunity arose to join the LAPD. He gladly took it.
